深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)基金會(huì)）是深圳為弘揚(yáng)大運(yùn)精神，促進(jìn)國(guó)際青年文化教育交流，特地籌集資金設(shè)立的一家專(zhuān)門(mén)資助留學(xué)生的基金會(huì)。2026年大運(yùn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)工作現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)，根據(jù)《深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)2026年資助學(xué)生遴選公告》，結(jié)合我校實(shí)際情況，現(xiàn)將我校2026年來(lái)華留學(xué)生大運(yùn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)事宜通知如下：

一、相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目

二、申請(qǐng)者學(xué)術(shù)要求

1、本科生最近兩個(gè)學(xué)期每學(xué)期績(jī)點(diǎn)不低于3.5且無(wú)必修不及格

2、碩士生最近兩個(gè)學(xué)期每學(xué)期績(jī)點(diǎn)不低于3.0且無(wú)必修不及格

3、博士生須已有以一作或二作發(fā)表的論文，并收錄進(jìn)《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》里。

三、不具備申請(qǐng)資格的情況：

1.2026-2027學(xué)年期間不在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的學(xué)歷生

2.曾獲得本基金會(huì)同項(xiàng)目資助的學(xué)生

3.延期畢業(yè)學(xué)生

4.本科一年級(jí)學(xué)生

5.獲得本年度其他政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金學(xué)生

6.2026-2027學(xué)年期間未連續(xù)就讀一年的學(xué)歷生

四、申請(qǐng)資料

（一）申請(qǐng)人遞交的申請(qǐng)資料

1.2026年遴選資助申報(bào)材料封面；

2.《境外學(xué)生來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)資助申請(qǐng)表》；

3.5分鐘以?xún)?nèi)的申請(qǐng)人情況介紹視頻，制作參考附件3；

4.申請(qǐng)人有效身份證明（身份證、護(hù)照等）復(fù)印件，外籍華裔申請(qǐng)人其父母及祖父母或外祖父母加入同一外籍的證明文件復(fù)印件；

5.申請(qǐng)人在中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)學(xué)校錄取通知書(shū)復(fù)印件。如果是英文的，須有中英文對(duì)照翻譯文本；

6.兩名所在就讀學(xué)校在職教師簽名出具的推薦信（原件），加蓋學(xué)院公章，如推薦信是英文的需翻譯成中文；

7.學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單。申請(qǐng)人提供最近2個(gè)學(xué)期由就讀單位教務(wù)處或有關(guān)學(xué)生管理部門(mén)開(kāi)具并蓋章的成績(jī)單；

8.漢語(yǔ)水平證明復(fù)印件。非必要材料，如有請(qǐng)?zhí)峤荒壳俺钟械腍SK證書(shū);

9.申請(qǐng)人近三年獲得校級(jí)以上各種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、榮譽(yù)證書(shū)復(fù)印件；市級(jí)以上報(bào)刊登載的個(gè)人事跡復(fù)印件；

10.申請(qǐng)人在市級(jí)以上報(bào)刊發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文、文章和獲得專(zhuān)利證書(shū)復(fù)印件。如成書(shū)的，提供書(shū)的封面、內(nèi)容介紹（前言）、出版社及出版書(shū)號(hào)頁(yè)面復(fù)印件；

11.有發(fā)表公開(kāi)論文的學(xué)生需要提交論文以及我校圖書(shū)館出具的《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》，報(bào)告須加蓋圖書(shū)館印章（點(diǎn)擊http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp獲取《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》指南）。

（二）所有申請(qǐng)資料提交后不退還。

五、其他

申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：4月17日至4月30日

申請(qǐng)方式：線(xiàn)上和線(xiàn)下同步。登錄“基金會(huì)資助報(bào)名系統(tǒng)”提交申請(qǐng)后，須將所有申請(qǐng)材料提交至國(guó)際交流學(xué)院學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室（朝夕樓320辦公室）

重要提示：

1、申請(qǐng)材料務(wù)必按照附件1里的“申報(bào)材料說(shuō)明”的要求認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，不按照要求提交的申請(qǐng)一律按照無(wú)效申請(qǐng)?zhí)幚怼?/p>

2、推薦信必須由教師撰寫(xiě)，內(nèi)容真實(shí)、針對(duì)本年度大運(yùn)基金會(huì)的項(xiàng)目，抬頭須為深圳市大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)。如發(fā)現(xiàn)推薦信雷同者一律按照無(wú)效申請(qǐng)?zhí)幚怼?/p>

3、論文或期刊須按照MLA格式提交。

4、視頻如面試，須重視，做到制作精美。如未按附件3的要求制作，將按照無(wú)效申請(qǐng)?zhí)幚怼?/p>

5、誠(chéng)實(shí)申請(qǐng)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)弄虛作假，將取消申請(qǐng)資格或取消已獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，且2年內(nèi)不得再申請(qǐng)所有政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

6、因個(gè)人原因，資助期間不滿(mǎn)足申請(qǐng)資格的將取消已獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，且2年內(nèi)不得再申請(qǐng)所有政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

Notice on the Application for the 2026

Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship for International Students in China

The Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is a special foundation established by Shenzhen to promote cultural and educational exchanges among international youth and carry forward the spirit of the Universiade. The application for the 2026 Universiade Scholarship has now been launched. In accordance with the Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2026 and combined with the actual situation of our university, we hereby notify the details of the 2026 Universiade Scholarship application for international students in China at our university as follows:

I.Relevant Scholarship Programs

II. Academic Requirements for Applicants

1.Undergraduate students must have a GPA of no less than 3.5 per semester in the last two semesters and have no failed compulsory courses.

2.Master's students must have a GPA of no less than 3.0 per semester in the last two semesters and have no failed compulsory courses.

3.Doctoral students must have published papers as the first or second author, which must be included in the Report on Citation and Indexing of Papers.

III. Ineligible Application Cases

1.Degree students who are not in China during the 2026–2027 academic year.

2.Students who have previously received the same program funding from the Foundation.

3.Students with extended study duration.

4.First-year undergraduate students.

5.Students who have obtained other government scholarships during the 2026–2027 academic year.

6.Degree students who will not study continuously for one year during 2026–2027academic year.

IV. Application Materials

(I) Application Materials to be Submitted

3.A self-introduction video of the applicant within 5 minutes, with production reference to Appendix 3.

4.Copy of the applicant's valid identity document (ID card, passport, etc.). For foreign Chinese applicants, a copy of the certificate showing that their parents, grandparents, and maternal grandparents have obtained the same foreign nationality.

5.Copy of the admission notice for overseas students studying in China issued by the university. If the notice is in English, a Chinese-English translated version must be provided.

6.Two original letters of recommendation signed by serving teachers of the university where the applicant is studying, affixed with the official seal of the college. If the recommendation letters are in English, they must be translated into Chinese.

7.Academic Transcript. The applicant shall provide the transcript of the last two semesters issued and sealed by the Academic Affairs Office or the relevant student management department of the university.

8.Copy of Chinese Proficiency Certificate (non-mandatory; submit if holding any valid HSK certificate).

9.Copies of various awards and honorary certificates obtained above the school level in the past three years; copies of personal deeds published in municipal or higher newspapers and periodicals.

10.Copies of academic papers, articles published in municipal or higher newspapers and periodicals, and patent certificates obtained by the applicant. If published as a book, provide copies of the book's cover, content introduction (preface), publisher, and ISBN page.

11.Students who have published public papers must submit the papers and the Report on Citation and Indexing of Papers issued by the library of our university, which must be affixed with the library seal (click http://www.lib.suisf.edu.cn/research/drdp to obtain the guide for the Report on Citation and Indexing of Papers).

(II) All submitted application materials will not be returned.

V. Other Matters

·Application Period: April 17 to April 30

·Application Method: Online and offline submission. After logging in to the "Foundation Financial Assistance Application System" to submit the application, all application materials must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office , College of the International Exchange (Room 320, Zhaoxi Building).

Important Reminders

1.Applicants must carefully prepare all application materials in accordance with the "Instructions for Application Materials" in Appendix 1. Any application that fails to meet the requirements will be treated as an invalid application.

2.Recommendation letters must be written by teachers, with true content targeted at the 2026 Universiade Foundation program, and the title must be "Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship Foundation". Any similar recommendation letters will be treated as invalid applications.

3.Papers or journals must be submitted in MLA format.

4.The video, which serves as an interview, must be produced exquisitely. Any failure to meet the requirements in Appendix 3 will result in an invalid application.

5.All applications must be truthful. Any fraud found will result in the cancellation of application qualification or obtained scholarship., and the applicant shall be ineligible to apply for any government scholarships for a period of two years.

6.If an applicant fails to meet the eligibility requirements during the funding period due to personal reasons, the awarded scholarship shall be revoked, and the applicant shall be ineligible to apply for any government scholarships for a period of two years.
